Compassionate vegan commune, anyone?
Just because you live on a lake does not mean that you have to eat fish. Check out this beautiful floating home with its own floating veg garden.
In my "2012" speeches, I talk about the importance of being self-sufficient in 3 things: water, food and energy. Can't get much closer to this ideal than in this illustration. Just add solar panels and a wind turbine or two.
And I cannot think of a better place for us to form a compassionate vegan community or even commune in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, which could serve as a brave new seed for a post-2012 world.
This has long been a dream, but soon, it may become a necessity. If you share it, and may want to co-form a green commune, please like, share and comment.
